  • Do you offer fixed prices?
    The price of a taxi is determined by the distance and the time spent on the transfer. Each company is subject to the statutory cab tariff, which is set by the municipality. The tariff in Königstein is 2.00€ per kilometer driven and a flat rate of 3.00€ for the journey. Accordingly, a fixed price in a cab is not possible. If you still want to use a flat rate, you are welcome to take a look at our limousine service (https://akon-limousinen.de/). This is not subject to the legal requirements of a cab company, so we can offer you fixed prices.
  • What happens if my flight is delayed?
    If your flight is delayed, you don't need to do anything - we will monitor your arrival time and come later accordingly. With us, the pick-up time is always based on the actual arrival time of your flight, not the scheduled one. If your flight is cancelled altogether, we will automatically cancel your booked pickup free of charge, even then you don't need to do anything. In this case, please let us know your new arrival time and the corresponding flight number. Of course, this only works if you have provided your flight number.
  • What payment options are offered to me?
    You can choose from the following payment options: - Credit & EC card payment at the driver - PayPal - Prepayment by bank transfer - cash payment For customers who use our service more often, whether for private or business purposes, an individual form of billing is also possible
  • How can I book a ride?
    For spontaneous bookings it is enough to contact us by phone, a representative will be able to tell you immediately when we will be on site. In addition, we offer the possibility to book trips in advance. After your request, received by mail / website booking form or by phone, you will receive an offer according to availability. If you agree with our offer, we will send you a written order confirmation. We recommend a lead time of at least 12 hours for your booking request.
  • Can I also book limousines?
    In addition to our cab service, we offer our chauffeur service for more demanding customers. For more information, please feel free to visit us at www.akon-limousinen.de.
